The Rajkiya Mahavidyalaya, Naugarh-Chandauli was established in 2012 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. The college is recognized under 2(F) and 12(B) of the UGC Act, 1956. It is an institution which incessantly serves the students with the knowledge of Arts. At present the college awards its graduates the Bachelor of Arts Degree of Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, Varanasi.

The college aims to provide sustainable quality education and an invigorating environment to students to promote creativity and stimulate innovative thought process in the students to mould them to meet the growing challenges of the present and the future which will lead to build a powerful nation.The institution caters to the student’s overall development in the social,cultural,academic and physical arena in making them individually responsible citizens through Games,NSS ,Rovers and Rangers and other extra curricular activities.
